About

Experimental implementation of FIDE C.04.4.3 Lim, effective 1 February 2026. NOT FIDE-endorsed.

Implements ordinary, non-Maxi pairing, the two-sided scoregroup traversal, compatible-opponent checks, floater selection, median-group repair, colour preferences and the last-round same-score exception. Complex cases can have more than one interpretation; this is not an official checker.

Does not implement late entries, acceleration, or adjournments. The actual colours of a game in the latest archived round can be corrected before generating the next round; other archived results cannot be edited directly. To change a previously reported result, a backup of the round must be loaded and the round results re-entered.

This non-Maxi implementation does not minimise or cap the rating difference between opponents. The program has a built-in fixed search limit. Failure or interruption never publishes a partial round.
